Cropac Equipment Inc. is urgently looking for a **fully bilingual **Office Administrator to join the team at the Laval branch. This position has great growth potential.
**Salary**: $50-55k
**Hours**:Onsite,** full time, 8:00-4:30pm
**JOB SUMMARY**:
This position is responsible for the overall administration of the Laval office.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Handle and dispatch all incoming/outgoing mail
- Opening work orders/handling accounts as assigned
- Provide support to the Sales Team; inventory, permits etc.
- Order and maintain stationary supplies
- Maintain First Aid Kit (CNESST)
- Help with administrative tasks as requested by Service Manager
- Any other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Must be fully bilingual**, reading and writing
- Must have own transport
- Minimum grade 12 education required
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High-level of accuracy and attention to detail
