What to expect :

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable part-time Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our office management, marketing, HR, and the finance team. This temporary role, with an expected duration of 1 year, will involve a variety of responsibilities, from coordinating office events to providing general administrative support. The responsibilities of this role require the candidate to be present in the office; however, occasionally there may be the possibility to work from home.

Job Responsibilities:

- Temporary role required in office presence as needed
- Provide administrative support for HR, office management, and event coordination.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, managing access passes, and coordinating office supplies/snacks.
- Support planning for internal events and regional holiday parties.
- Act as backup for reception when needed.
- Help manage relationships with vendors (cleaning company, WeWork, etc.).
- Handle various one-off administrative tasks as required.

What you need to perform in this job :

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Entry Level experience.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary.
