Revenue Processing Assistant - Temporary Position
SIRVA Canada LP is a leader in Canada’s household goods moving industry through its national network of Allied Van Lines and North American Van Lines moving company agents. Since 1930 we’ve been helping individuals and families successfully relocate to new beginnings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare move order documents and information for invoicing
- Audit and amend shipment inventory information using the Standard Weight List to ensure a complete and accurate picture of the total weight is available for billing
- Catalog and index digital images of shipment paperwork to their corresponding shipments
- Maintain the file room, conduct daily filing of documents, and retrieve files for adjustment
- Provide backup to the Receptionist

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or combination of completed high school education and tangible post-academic work experience as a receptionist and / or file clerk
- Moving industry experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written skills with an aptitude for clear, courteous, and concise communication, ideally in both English and French languages
- Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. geography

**Additional Information**:

- Position is located at Sirva’s Edmonton, AB office, located in west Edmonton. Virtual/hybrid work arrangement not applicable.
