**The Opportunity**:
**WSP** is currently seeking a **bilingual Help Desk Agent **that will join our HR team. The position is available in any major city where a WSP office is nearby.

The role provides support to incoming People & Culture related service requests and ensures that all end users are provided with a timely response with end-to-end resolution management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a dynamic team in the People & Culture, Customer Service and Continuous Improvement areas.

**A day in the life**:

- Respond to incoming P&C related service requests and ensure proper management, prioritization and triage of these requests
- Assist with prioritizing backlog to ensure timely resolution and a positive employee experience
- Evaluate incoming tickets for trends and resolutions providing high level analysis and recommendations
- Improve internal efficiency and productivity by finding opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
- You will always ensure health and safety policies are followed at all sites and take WSP's Life Saving rules to heart;

**What you'll bring to WSP**:

- **This position requires oral and written bilingualism (English and French) as you will be collaborating with colleagues and clients on a national level.**:

- Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of human resource management principles, practices and procedures
- Strong client service skills and experience in working in a high volume, collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and written) with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP system, an asset
- Ability to build relationships across a variety of teams
- Strong customer service, organization, planning and execution skills
