Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build long-term, strategic partnerships with some of Greentec’s biggest and most important customers.
- This position can be a good fit for you if you:
- **Have customer experience.** The key account manager must be able to nurture strategic relationships with top accounts, must possess an in-depth knowledge of the company and its customers. This allows them to identify the best opportunities for growth and service the client. This is important because key accounts expect customized service.
- **Have a Strategic Perspective. **Must be able to look beyond short-term gains and prioritize long-term relationship over short-term transactions. Must be able to navigate through many moving parts and orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy.
- **Have Leadership skills.** Key Account Managers are leaders. They must be adept at directing customers and managing employees at all levels of the business. Because they touch so many parts of the business, they should be confident and command and commands respect from clients and co-workers
- **Strong negotiation skills.** At the end of the day, the goal is to build the lifetime value of their customer. To do this, key account managers not only need to sell to the customer but also negotiate terms so both parties end up happy. This requires a keen sense of timing, killer presentation skills, and the confidence to hold their ground and push back when necessary.
- **Have the ability to sell value.** Long-term success depends on being able to demonstrate value to the customer. Needs to be able to communicate the value of offerings both strategically and financially.
