**Account Manager**
Greentec is a fast-growing company in an emerging circular economy, providing market leading solutions for the secure disposal of Information Technology and electronic devices.
We are currently seeking an Account Manger to join our Sales Team to manage customer relationships and sales with a goal to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
**Account Manager responsibilities include**:
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect, to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifying industry trends.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
