**In this role, you will**:

- Lead daily shop activities including prioritization from the customer on variants to produce
- Lead daily scrums within the team, including the identification of issues/barriers
- Responsible to meet and communicate weekly objectives
- Ensure actions are identified and taken to monitor and improve both quality and throughput
- Liaise with varying departments to identify and resolve material requirements in a timely fashion
- Assist with departmental training and new hire onboarding
- Foster opportunities for employee development and flexing/cross training
- Foster and build a team environment
- Build and maintain relationships with outsourcing partners
- Identification and execution of continuous improvement activities

**What You Bring**:

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience of production or manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing activities
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is considered an asset
- Experience working within an ISO or other quality system
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
