**Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis**
**The Role**
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Corporate Services, you will be responsible to provide leadership for financial planning and analysis and provide advice and guidance on financial strategy.
**Key responsibilities of the position**:
- Provide leadership for financial management systems, financial monitoring of assets and control to maximize organizational strategic performance and financial accountability.
- Lead operational management functions to create viable business plans and capture outcome/outputs in the GoldCare information systems.
- Provide leadership for the planning and budgeting cycles to ensure accurate forecasts.
- Supervise data analyst and maintain the configuration of the GoldCare database.
- Provide Leadership and support to team, and other organizational responsibilities.
**What you bring to the role**:
- CPA Accounting Designation combined with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior FP&A role.
- Previous experience in a not-for-profit environment preferred.
- Proven financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Vena Solutions for Financial Planning and Analysis preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a background in decision support and a demonstrated ability to provide guidance and support to non-finance managers.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience with GoldCare an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience in health care an asset.
- Fluency in both official languages (English & French), or other languages, an asset.
