The **Service Administrator** is highly focused individual that helps facilitate the day-to-day administration activities and a problem solver to help the team meeting and exceeding the required level of service, performance, orders, and revenue targets that our business demands. The Service Administrator acts as an interface between the Field Service and Sales, cross functional and front-line teams and its contribution is crucial to the success of the installation and service of our products. “We set the base of a world-class customer experience.”

This position is part of the Service Administration team in the Customer Service organization and is **ONSITE 5 days a week** located at our **Concord Office**.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Maintain the consistency and integrity of the Install Base
- Facilitate the instrument replacement and coordinate the successful return of serialized components and drive revenue recognition though the Instrument acceptance documentation and more.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Service Administration, Customer Service, heavy volume Call Center, Sales Administration or equivalent proficiency

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Analytical skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists
- College degree

The annual salary range for this role is _CAD$57,000-CAD$63,400_. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
