An award-winning windows and doors replacement company in Vaughan is looking to expand its team by filling a key role within the organization as an Service Administrator

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinating maintenance and breakdown jobs with the service managers.
- Administrating service reports, logs, and documentation.
- Arranging Service Calls and/or Install including paperwork in a timely manner
- Planning and scheduling of technicians for Service visits and/or Installs
- Day-to-day communication with Sales and customers, working closely with Service/Install managers and supervisors.
- Review and coordinate all completed service paperwork
- Support team members when required and undertake any other tasks that may arise.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as an Installation/Service Administrator, Installation/Service Coordinator or similar
- A background dealing with and scheduling field-based Servicers / Installers
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Good administration and IT skills (MS Office)
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
