Graphic Artist and Social Media Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Creating innovative and impactful product branding and packaging solutions that inspire consumer purchase decisions
- Effectively communicating product statements and features through packaging design
- Copywriting and proofreading packaging
- Developing and maintaining packaging technical specifications to ensure compliance and consistency
- Reviewing proofs/samples and provide comments to ensure graphics are properly executed from creative concept to production according to brand standards and guidelines
- Providing suppliers with final approved artwork for product packaging that meets brand requirements
- Actively researching the market for graphics, packaging and presentation design trends
- Creating unique, high-level presentations for sales team and stakeholders
- Product photography, image color correction and manipulation
- Report to Creative and Marketing Manager
- Daily managing, publishing and creating content for all social media platforms in accordance with calendars and cross-functional marketing activities. (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter etc)
- Website Content Management (Shopify, WIX)
- E-commerce Marketing Development (Loyalty programs, Contest management)
- Research marketing trends, industry updates, forecasts, competitive analyses, setting objectives, planning promotions, updating calendars and staying on top of consumer behaviour and buying trends.
- Develop and pitch digital content (blogs, social media, media release, etc.)
- Daily community management and engagement directly communicating via DM and comments with current and new customers creating meaningful connections. (E-commerce and social media)
- Manage influencer communications and budgets.
- Understanding KPI’s and defining them specifically for social media, as well as tracking the performance of previous campaigns.
- Create and report bi-weekly and monthly reports that analyses and collected data of competitive landscape, consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Report to Creative and Marketing Manager.
- Support the Creative and Marketing Manager in evaluating andestablishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
- Excellent project management skills.- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or related
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on packaging and digital communications
- Understanding of the fashion and lifestyle industries and trends
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Video editing skills is a bonus
- Knowledge of Shopify, Hootsuite and Facebook Advertising Platforms
- Strong understanding of typography, lay out and color theory with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Can efficiently collaborate with various team members but can also hunker down and get things done independently
- You adapt to new environments quickly and are self motivated. You thrive in fast-passed exciting environments and love to celebrate small and big wins
- Excellent verbal and written English skills with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate at different levels within the organization.

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in social media for a brand(s).
- Strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle industries.

- Excellent knowledge of Window based products (Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
