Duties include:

- Manage day-to-day operations of business Provide high level administrative support to the Realtors on the team Prepare listings for broker load Weekly client contact/update and showing feedback Database maintenance
- computer and administrative tasks Prepare Pre-List or Buyer Packages for appointments Listing Administration
- prepare offers and other real estate related documents Sale/Purchase Administration - condition follow up,
- Social Medias Savvy
- Post and Maintain Social Media content
- Post deal support such as obtain lawyer information, trade record details
- Order and Send vendor/buyer Monthly Newsletter mail outs to client database
- Booking of appointments with vendors Office organization,
- management and maintenance of all equipment
- Attend the appropriate meetings with the team; meeting minutes as required
- Compile packages of property data, which contain material specifically tailored to each client Research
- Compile and analyze information for standard and special reports
- Excellent computer skills Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of TREB is an absolute asset
- Fast learner
- Advanced knowledge of all real estate paperwork is an asset
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must
- Speaking other languages is an asset, such as Chinese, Indian, etc.

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
