**Responsabilités Clés**:
**Leadership d'Équipe**: Superviser et motiver le personnel, favorisant un environnement de travail positif.

**Excellence du Service**: Maintenir des normes de service élevées, assurant une expérience exceptionnelle aux clients.

**Gestion des Opérations**: Aider dans les opérations quotidiennes, de la gestion des réservations au contrôle des stocks.

**Formation et Développement**: Former le nouveau personnel et fournir un coaching continu pour l'amélioration.

**Relations Clientèle**: Répondre aux demandes et préoccupations des clients, assurant leur satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience avérée dans un rôle de supervision dans l'industrie de l'hospitalité.
- Solides compétences en leadership et en communication.
- Capacité à exceller dans un environnement rapide.
- Familiarité avec les opérations de restaurant et les meilleures pratiques de service à la clientèle.

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
