**Job Title: B2B Sales Consultant - Staffing Agency**

**Location: Hybrid (Monday to Wednesday in-office, Thursday and Friday remote)**

**Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm in-office; Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm remote**

Our staffing agency is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with businesses to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in cold marketing activities to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.

3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote client retention and upsell additional services.

5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and staffing solutions are delivered effectively.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospects.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong cold marketing skills and the ability to generate leads independently.

4. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Must have a reliable car as travel to client meetings is required.

7. Gas expenses for travel will be reimbursed.

8. Availability to work in the office Monday to Wednesday and remotely on Thursday and Friday.

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
