**Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional who is passionate about coaching people? Do you want to work in a holistic, inclusive work environment with dedicated professionals?**
We want you to join our team as a **Finance Regional Coach** in **select locations across Ontario**
As the Regional Coach, you'll be offering tailored coaching to a select group of employees, focusing on enhancing their business development skills and provide one-on-one coaching, feedback, and action plan follow-up for both new hires and existing staff. Additionally, you'll be collaborating with our learning team to create group training sessions based on specific skill needs and work closely with our regional strategy team and learning specialists to train business development groups on various topics. You'll also be supporting our Business Centre managers in aligning employee development and providing assistance to local coaches to ensure they are well-equipped and lastly, you'll be monitoring coaching needs to maintain a diverse pool of local coaches in the region.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a business development role
- Experience as a local coach
- Strong knowledge of collaborative tools and Office 365 Suite
- Strong adaptability skills and ability to tailor coaching methods to meet a diverse range of needs
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel across Ontario as needed
