**Beausejour Co-op is hiring an Office Assistant to join our**
**Administration Office located in Beausejour**

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers and members.
- Perform banking tasks such as cash balancing for each location and bank deposits.
- Perform tasks related to accounts payable & accounts receivable.
- Handle incoming phone calls and redirect to applicable staff members and departments.
- Other duties as required.

**Available positions**:

- Full time Office Assistant
- Monday to Friday

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in **Customer Service** and:

- You have experience in an office setting and possess knowledge of A/P and A/R functions.
- You are fluent in Microsoft 365 programs and able to learn new technology as needed.
