Office Administrator

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our growing business. The self-motivated individual will provide customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our shop by carrying out various administrative tasks/ projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily bookkeeping/ entering of expenses in QB
- Reviewing and improving upon existing supplier contracts
- Scheduling and payroll support
- Ordering supplies and helping with inventory control
- GST, PST, Payroll tax
- Assisting with estimating
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in office administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Quickbooks Online is a strong asset
- Experience with AutoCAD is a major asset

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
