As a member of the Fully Managed® Team, you’ll be working alongside world class tech talent, stretching your abilities by solving complex problems on a daily basis. **What you’ll do**
- Responsible for the onboarding and integration of new Canadian, US and global clients
- Where required, complete project work for existing clients, including Network upgrades, migrations, or product deployments
- Efficiently translate business requirements into product use cases or technical requirements
- Train end users on the day-to-day use and administration of the product/services
- Accurately document new Client environments and process for future use by support teams
- Collaborate with the greater Onboarding team to improve Onboarding Process
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects, successfully delivering them on-time
- Create standardized operating procedures and assist with post implementation support after successful delivery of the new solution
- Participate in internal meetings to ensure the success of our national Professional Services team
- Participate in client facing meetings in a pre-sales or project delivery capacity
**What you bring**
- Post-secondary studies relating to IT (e.g. Networking, Systems Administration)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the IT industry
- 2+ years’ experience with one or more of the following:
- LAN/WAN Administration, Active Directory and Virtualization
- TCP/IP networking, Wireless, Switching & Routing
- Microsoft Server deployments
- Migrations to Microsoft Azure, Office 365, InTune
- Virtualization technologies
- Server and Desktop hardware, RAID configurations, peripherals
- Demonstrated knowledge of security fundamentals and best practices
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Ability to work rapidly in high pressure situations
- Exceptional demonstrated English verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-starter able to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to travel occasionally
**Great-to-haves**
- Certification(s) relating to Network Security
- Certification(s) relating to Microsoft Azure
**Salary Range **$65,000-$100,000
