Customer Onboarding Technical Specialist

YOVU Office Phone is seeking a Customer Onboarding Technical Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role requires strong technical expertise in IT and related fields to guide customers seamlessly through the post-sale phase up to full deployment. As the first point of contact, Customer Onboarding Technical Specialist plays a crucial role in exemplifying the YOVU Office experience to our valued customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of various customer onboarding projects, ensuring successful implementation and positive technical engagement.
- Collaborate with diverse departments to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Develop and manage timelines for multiple projects concurrently, navigating conflicting priorities adeptly.
- Identify customer requirements by comprehending their operational processes, and assist in crafting tailored solutions to meet their technical needs.
- Collect and manage customer-related documentation necessary for efficient deployment.
- Leverage a range of tools to streamline different project aspects.
- Conduct on-site installations at customer locations as required.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities and priorities within the technical context.
- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders involved in each project.
- Deliver comprehensive virtual or in-person technical training to customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT, technical project coordination, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in telecommunications or comparable technical domains.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
- Solid technical background or a keen interest in mastering new technologies.
- A valid G-level driver's license.
