**Que font nos chargés de compte?**
Les chargés de compte rejoignent un environnement orienté vers les résultats où ils suivent un programme de formation complet pour apprendre et comprendre nos services et produits de lutte antiparasitaire. Ils font appel à un éventail complet de segments de marché, notamment l'hôtellerie, la transformation des aliments et des boissons, les soins de santé et la vente au détail. Ce rôle jouit d'une atmosphère d'autonomie, de voyages, de reconnaissance et de récompenses pour les réalisations.
- Générer de nouveaux potentiels commerciaux par le biais de la prospection téléphonique, de la prospection, de la création de réseaux, des prospects, des recommandations et de la vente croisée
- Développer des stratégies de développement territorial qui permettront de dépasser les objectifs de vente
- Apprendre et maintenir une connaissance complète des programmes, protocoles, politiques de prix et offres de services de Rentokil
- Développer des partenariats et collaborer de manière efficace avec les services internes afin de maximiser les opportunités de croissance et de garantir des solutions de service exceptionnelles

**De quoi avez-vous besoin?**
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou DFG, de préférence un diplôme et/ou une licence
- Deux ans d'expérience dans la vente interentreprises
- Expérience de la vente dans des secteurs de marché multiples
- Souci du détail et volonté d'apprendre
- Motivation et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Sera tenu d'obtenir toutes les licences industrielles nécessaires
- Doit passer avec succès une vérification des antécédents
- Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide et fournir un dossier de conduite

**What do our Account Executives do?**
Account Executives will join a results-oriented environment where they will proceed through a comprehensive training program to learn and understand our pest management services and products. They call on a full spectrum of market segments including hospitality, food & beverage processing, healthcare and retail. This role enjoys an atmosphere of autonomy, travel, recognition, and rewards for achievement.
- Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals and cross selling
- Craft territory development strategies that will result in exceeding sales targets
- Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies and service offerings
- Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of outstanding service solutions
