Brantford, Canada Mila & Co. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Bookkeeping (Knowledge of Quickbooks Online is preferred).
- Manage payroll weekly.
- Assist in employee and sub-trade scheduling, and the preparation of reports.
- Order office supplies and keep track of office inventory and organization.
- Maintain contact lists and customer inquiries.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support and assistance to the President and Secretary Treasurer as well as Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
- Opportunity to take on more responsibilities and grow within the company such as becoming a project estimator.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and QBO)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work from home (requires computer/wifi access)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

**Compensation based on experience**: Starting at a minimum rate of $18/hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
