Job Summary:
**Duties**:
**Project Coordinator Responsibilities**
- Respond to Student transcript requests using CCO's STEPS (Student Transcript Electronic Protection System) Platform
- Provide Transcript Storage Agreements for Career Colleges wanting to store their student's transcripts within STEPS
- Assist Career Colleges with any issues they may have working within the STEPS platform

**Payroll and Benefits Administration**
- Supporting the Office Manager with payroll using ADP
- Assisting employees with benefits inquiries; and
- Managing benefits enrollment and changes for staff

**Board of Director's Support**
- Providing administrative support to the Board of Directors as needed
- Minute taking for Association board committee meetings
- Committee meeting scheduling

**General Administrative Tasks**
- Organizing Files - physical and electronic
- Planning input and logistic assistance for conferences and events
- Assistance in coordinating office professional development opportunities for office staff and Association members
- Supporting other departments as needed

**Preferred Skills**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat (PDF documents and secure PDF)
- Familiarity with Zoho or other CRM software
- Proficient in online meeting scheduling (Teams and Zoom)
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration is a plus
- Knowledge of non-profit organizations and their operations is preferred but not required
- Highly organized, ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet timelines\
- Strong communication, listening, and executing skills - both verbal and written
- Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability

**Salary Expectations**
- Commensurate with experience

Location: Hybrid (in Brantford Head Office at least 2 days per week)

Note: High-speed internet and reliability are necessary for this role
