**Career Opportunity**:

- Provides various training related administrative support, assistance and coordination. The role also coordinates external vendors who provide training to the TTC.**What You Will Do**:

- Coordinate and administer the TTC Management Essentials, Personal and Professional Skills Certificate, First Aid training, Computer training, Project Management training, and all other courses offered by the Employee Development Section.
- Maintain and update employee, course and class training information (in-house, external and continuing education course information) on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Liaise with external training suppliers / vendors and reconcile billing information, including the coordination of external vendors who provide training to the TTC.
- Assist with the organization and scheduling of graduation ceremonies, and the coordination of Career Fairs and other events.
- Demonstrate behaviours that support diversity, inclusion, and a respectful work and service environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. Help to remove barriers and accommodate employees and customers (within their area of responsibility) in accordance with TTC’s commitments and obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and Related Orders, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and TTC’s policies.
- Participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.

- Maintain documentation and historical records- Communicate in a variety of mediums- Manage conflict- Plan and organize activities / projects to meet section and organizational goals- **What Qualifications Do You Bring?**:

- Completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline or combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of standard office practices and procedures including procedures relating to record keeping, employee documentation and vendor contractual obligations.
- Excellent keyboarding skills including a good knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess demonstrated organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal, oral and written communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with applicable procedures relating to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act as well as WSIB regulations specific to First Aid training.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems would be an asset.
- Must have or rapidly acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders including disability accommodation and accessibility requirements pertaining to passengers and employees.
