**A small boutique real estate brokerage is seeking a PART TIME BOOKKEEPER**
- Overview:_
Duties include accounts payable/receivable, payroll, monthly Government remittances, reconciliations, and Provide financial support to Broker, Realtors and Admin. The position is part-time with an average of 680 hours per year. Flexible remote and in-office work.
- Required Skills:_
- Advanced knowledge of **Lone Wolf Back Office** realty management system - including reporting and fulfillment of Trade Events.
- Advanced knowledge of Executive Administrative functions - including confidentiality, accuracy, filing systems both paper and electronic, and contract reviews.
- Better than average knowledge of Bookkeeping/Accounting
- including; Journal Entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Better than average understanding of Real Estate Financial Operations - including; importance of accuracy and timing.
- Better than average knowledge of MS Excel - including; formatting and presentation.
- Experience with MS Word.
- High degree of organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
