We are looking for an **Application Support Administrator **to join BrokerLink in one of our offices in **Alberta, Ontario, or Atlantic **region on a **permanent** **full-time basis.**

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Working with end users and business units who use the tools.
- Complete and update documentation
- Monitor and improve current processes.
- Multi-tasking, Customer Service & Critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of standard IT Hardware and Equipment
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Process Automation tools, UKG & JotForm

**You bring the following Key Skills & Experience**:

- Professional certifications through Microsoft, or any other major IT certification
- Strong ability to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, team members, technical vendors.
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Leads with a sense of collaboration and work effectively across the organization to achieve goals.
- Navigates effectively and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
