One of our clients is looking for a technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving ability for the position of Application support . The candidate must understand the user's technical needs and understand their problems and implement effective solutions to them Field service management applications and other relative applications

Responsibilities
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
2+ years working experience with IT Service Management toolsets
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to conduct research on technical application issues.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
3+ years of working knowledge of relational databases (SQL SERVER)
Solid experience supporting client/server applications,
Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
3+ years of experience in L2 and L3 application support experience
Experience in technical support and user administration
Excellent communication and customer service skills
