**Specialist II, Application Administration Support**

- Reporting to the Supervisor of Application Administration, the Specialist II, Application Administration _

- _Provide advice, guidance, and information to staff in schools and central office regarding the _
**Summary of Duties**:

**Qualifications**:
Three year community college diploma in Computer Technology, Engineering or related field, with
experience;

Technical proficiency working with Intel, Apple and mobile devices and knowledge of various

Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, organizational and project
management skills;
Proven experience providing assistance to clients with a customer service focus;
Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills; and
Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
**Special Requirements**:
Require some travel across TDSB sites;
Must be available to work overtime on short notice to meet client needs
**Hours**:35 hours per week
**Location**: 140 Borough Drive
**Work Year**: 12 months
