Are you looking for a short-term full-time receptionist position? Do you want to gain valuable healthcare clinic experience? We are looking for a customer service star to join our clinic in Sidney for a short-term leave coverage - 6 to 8 weeks.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you are the face of the clinic and responsible for providing an outstanding client care experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming calls and answer product inquiries
- Collect and record patient information;
- Manage client appointments and maintain schedules;
- Assemble and maintain patient files and
- General office administration.
**Requirements**:
- Well-organized, efficient, and able to effectively multi-task.
- Proficient on the computer.
