THE GOAL

You will be reporting to the Director of Operations and support the overall operations team in planning and executing back-office processes. You will also work closely with project teams (Project Managers, Delivery Partners, and Account Managers), providing project coordination to keep projects on track. You will also be responsible for monitoring project teams and ensuring that delivery processes are being followed and commitments to clients are being fulfilled.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with our Project Managers, Delivery Partners, and Account Managers to ensure projects are delivered at a high level.
- Assist the Business Development team and Account Managers in creating and managing statements of work.
- Coordinate handover from the Business Development team to the Delivery teams and ensure the project kick-off process results in a positive team and client experience.
- Continuously monitor ongoing projects and ensure projects are meeting deliverables and staying within budget.
- Assist in the monthly invoicing and reporting cycle, proactively monitoring activity to identify issues prior to month-end.
- Communicate any issues and risks identified with the project teams.
- Assist the Accounting team in submitting invoices to clients on a timely basis.
- Help coordinate close-out activities for project teams and ensure close-out process and documentation are completed.
- Assist the Director of Operations in creating reports and forecasting.
- Engage with team and clients to create a great delivery experience.
- Support overall office administration needs.

THE REQUIREMENTS
- Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superb time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly (Project Management tools)
