**Job Summary**

The Business Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in providing administrative leadership, assisting with daily operational needs, and supporting various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, exceptional service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

**Job Duties & Responsibilitie**

**Office Business Coordination**:

- Be known as approachable, collaborative and agile. You look for opportunities to work together with others with an eye towards finding efficiency. You have a reputation for being extremely professional, delivering exceptional customer service, all while having fun doing it
- Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking for office-related expenditures.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate office events, celebrations, and meetings as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
- Complete ad hoc assignments as required.

**Human Resources**:

- Support new employee onboarding procedures, including preparing new hire paperwork, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including coordinating employee events, conducting surveys, and facilitating communication between management and staff.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews.
- Conduct regular inspections of our stores and the office to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Schedule employee safety training programs, including CPR, first aid, and emergency response drills.
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability among employees.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional service orientation and the ability to provide professional, accurate, and timely support to team members and internal clients
- Prior experience in human resources and office administration roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
