Responsabilités:

- Atteindre des objectifs de vente
- Recruter et former une équipe de vente en fonction des objectifs
- Veiller à ce que la présentation visuelle en magasin soit conforme aux normes du Groupe ALDO
- Offrir une expérience clientèle
- Gérer l'inventaire et la prévention des pertes
- Gérer le coûts d'exploitation
- S'adapter à de différentes cultures et des environnements changeants

Exigences:

- aptitudes de gestion, gestion du stress
- habiletés supérieures pour la formation et le développement
- Ventes au détail et expérience en gestion (un atout)

Heures à temps partiel : 20 par semaine

Salaire : 16,00$ à 17,00$ par jour
