We are currently looking for a talented and motivated **Assistant Sales Lead **to provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team. This person will report to the Sales Lead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage execution of activities of assigned brand line(s), including new season transitions, in-season promotions and ad hoc issue management and resolution as needed;
- Prepare for new season transitions with product development tracking, item pricing reviews and creating planograms for product merchandising;
- Prepare and submit for approval: item presentations, quote sheets on customer specific format and requirements by retail customer;
- Communicate online with retail customer teams any updates, issues and other client management tasks;
- Evaluate sales performance to identify strengths and areas of improvement for review with the Sales Lead;
- Provide administrative support in relation to processing customer inquiries, sales planning and sales orders;
- Arrange and provide samples of various products to retail customer teams in a timely and efficient manner;
- Represent the company at marketing events such as trade shows;
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Understanding of sales and/or retail operations;
- Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel & Power Point;
- Excellent knowledge of English to deal with the foreign divisions and international customers;
- Exceptional organizational & administrative skills;
- Problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership;
- Able to multitask effectively and manage priorities;
- Attention to detail while maintaining sight of the “big picture”;
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and adapt to a constantly changing environment;
- Some travel required (10%) when circumstances will permit;
- A post-secondary degree in a related field.

**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years of sales, retail operations or other relevant experience.

Nous recherchons actuellement un **Assistant Chef des Ventes **pour fournir un soutien administratif à l'équipe des ventes. Cette personne relèvera du Chef des Ventes.

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer l’exécution des activités des marques assignées incluant les transitions des nouvelles saisons, promotions de la saison et autres projets au besoin;
- Préparer pour les transitions de la nouvelle saison en effectuant le suivi sur le développement de produits, la révision des prix des items et la création des plannogrammes pour le marchandisage des produits;
- Préparer et soumettre pour approbation, des présentations de produits et des devis en utilisant le format et les exigences spécifiques des clients;
- Communiquer en ligne avec les détaillants clients toutes mises à jour et autres détails au besoin ;
- Évaluer la performance des ventes pour identifier les forces et améliorations à apporter avec le Chef des ventes ;
- Apporter un soutien administratif au traitement des demandes des clients, planification des ventes et des commandes;
- Organiser et fournir des échantillons de divers produits aux clients d'une manière opportune et efficace;
- Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements de marketing tels que des foires commerciales;
- Aider dans le travail général de bureau et d'autres tâches administratives au besoin.

**Connaissances, Compétences et Exigences**:

- Compréhension du processus des ventes et/ou des opérations des détaillants ;
- Bonne maîtrise et expérience avec Microsoft office incluant Outlook et Excel;
- Excellente connaissance de l'angla
