**Account Executive**:
**Job description**:
This position consists of business development. We provide Account Executive with a module whose main responsibilities will be to contact clients, visit them if necessary and improve their coverage according to their needs. The Account Executive will work as a team with an assistant for billing, presentations, letters, etc. An experienced marketing team will support the Account Executive in new business.
- Develop customer loyalty by regularly verifying the level of service provided to existing customers
- Generate new business by using a variety of prospecting methods, including networking
- Optimize relationships with contacts and participate in targeted public relations activities
- Identify the needs of potential clients using available resources
- Participate in and take responsibility for tenders when necessary
- Develop investment strategies, based on various presentations and communications with clients
- Deliver proposals to clients
- Involve in the development of the claims and risk management strategy
- Ensure that documents issued by the manager are transmitted in a timely manner
- Closely follow up on accounts receivable
- Collaborate in the negotiation of programs and service agreements.
**Job requirements**:
**Technical skills**
- College diploma and License in commercial property and casualty insurance;
- 3 years experience;
- Proficiency in Office and paper free environment.
**Personal skills**
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrate good teamwork skills.
**Additional Skills**
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
- Knowledge of EPIC software is an asset.
