Kirmac is a family owned and operated leader in the collision repair industry. Founded in 1973, Kirmac Collision & Autoglass' team members provide excellent customer service and quality repairs and turn the unfortunate situation of having an accident into a positive, lasting impression for our customers while supporting B.C Children's hospital through Kirmac Cares for Kids. Kirmac currently operates 18 locations across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

**Intrigued? Here is what your day-to-day would include**:
- Supporting day-to-day employee inquiries in a timely and productive manner.
- Liaising with the operations team and location managers to ensure employee concerns are appropriately resolved.
- Administering benefits for employees.
- Tracking and analyzing employee metrics; communicating issues and trends to the HR lead.
- Composing, sending, and following up on employee status letters.
- Processing separation documents for departing employees.
- Providing employment verification for staff, including requests from lawyers for employee files.
- Creating letters of employment for employees.
- Uploading documentation and maintaining employee personnel files in Dayforce.
- Tracking and following up with employees to ensure employee files are compliant and up to date.
- Providing employee support on matters pertaining to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Administering payroll and benefit programs.
- Coordinating the Performance Appraisal process.
- Maintaining statistics and metrics of the safety program.
