**About the Job**: We are currently seeking an **IT Administrator** for our manufacturing facility located in London, ON. This position will support the **Assistant Manager, IT** to ensure all IT needs are met at all of our locations across Canada.

Job Duties
- Assist with technical software and hardware support.
- Ensure all the company’s technical needs are met.
- Maintain security levels on database and network.
- SAP support
- Maintain the function of the network, server details and SAP.
- Setup install, monitor and maintain hardware and software including desktops, laptops, phone system, printers, etc.
- Utilize the current data systems to generate reports and create query reports for management.
- Assist with inventory control systems which includes but is not limited to cycle counts, purchasing, scheduling shipments, order processing.
- Repair/replace/configure/upgrade/patch user systems to enable compatible software on all computing devices.
- All other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Diploma in Computer Systems
- Previous experience in an IT role
- Experience in SAP system, Windows Server, Network, Cyber Security is an Asset
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills
- Excellent time management skills.
- Highly organized.
- Service oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented
- On Call Availability
- This position is responsible for supporting a 24 hour manufacturing facility.
- In the event the production line is unable to operate due to an IT related issue after regular working hours the IT Administrator will be required to troubleshoot the issue remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely the IT Administrator will need to travel to facility to deal with the issue.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
