About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a full-time position that requires a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve goals and objectives, providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
