Soutien technique aux ventes - Projets et construction est responsable de fournir un soutien au département de
_Projets et construction_ et de contribuer à sa croissance continue à travers l’Amérique du Nord. Le poste comprend l'assistance aux représentants de Projets & Construction dans la prospection, la gestion de nouveaux projets de construction, les appels d'offres publics et leur préparation. D'autres responsabilités comprennent la mise en œuvre de projets de marketing et d'amélioration en continue.
Ce poste est considéré comme un « tremplin » de carrière pour le poste de
_Représentant technique des ventes - Projets et construction_. Il est structuré pour permettre l'apprentissage rapide de divers aspects internes relatifs au département et des différentes facettes d’opération de l'entreprise, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le service technique auprès des clients, l'assistance aux représentants sur le terrain, les usines de fabrication, l'administration, la comptabilité et les achats.
Fonctions principales:
- Examiner, évaluer et déléguer au représentant du territoire approprié les demandes de soumission (RFQ), les spécifications de projet et les dessins.
- Apprendre à effectuer les calculs préliminaires, le dimensionnement des équipements et la sélection des produits pour la préparation des soumissions de projet.
- Préparer des ensembles de dessins d'atelier et de manuels techniques d'exploitation à soumettre aux entrepreneurs et aux ingénieurs-conseils.
- Utiliser et maîtriser les logiciels et les plates-formes informatiques de l'entreprise pour suivre les opportunités de vente, les activités/demandes des clients, etc.
- Obtenir des informations auprès des fournisseurs et faire des demandes internes pour la création de nouvelles descriptions et codes de produits.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements à l’égard des soumissions, procédures de nettoyage, les commandes, les factures, fiches signalétiques et techniques, etc.
- Assister à la création de la documentation des nouveaux produits et programmes et mettre à jour la littérature marketing, les fiches techniques des produits, les dessins d'atelier, etc.
- Gestion de la traduction de toute la documentation technique et marketing.
- Participer à des sessions de formation (interne et externe) techniques ou reliés à la vente.
- Coordonner les tâches requises pour compléter les projets, y compris placer les commandes, fournir des procédures techniques aux entrepreneurs, communiquer avec les clients et soutenir les représentants techniques.
- Participer aux activités de réseautage et de développement marketing telles que les salons professionnels, les conférences techniques et les présentations ou séminaires de l'entreprise.
Exigences mínimales:
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie, chimie ou sciences.
- Bilingue (Anglais, Français - écrit et parlé).
- Un minimum d'un an d'expérience professionnelle et/ou en vente/service à la clientèle est préférable.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication avec la capacité d'établir des relations au sein de l’entreprise.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps avec la capacité de gérer diverses échéances de projets et/ou demandes urgentes.
- Capacité à embarquer dans des nouveaux défis et à travailler de façon efficace.
- Personne motivée avec une volonté d'apprendre sur des nouveaux produits et des sujets techniques exigeants en détail.
