Orillia, Canada Investment Planning Counsel Full time

An established, successful Financial Planning team is looking for a positive, professional and friendly addition to the team. This person loves the challenge of keeping organized, high attention to detail and interacting with others.
- Great phone presence, articulate and a good listener
- Likes to help plan events
- Loves Paperwork (both physical and Digital)
- Provide direction, advice, information, support, and confidence to the advisor through daily communication and reporting
- organize the day to day needs of the branch and help keep organized
- Keep notes up to date, recording contacts with clients in our CRM as they happen
- Organize and file research materials and prepare PowerPoint decks, spreadsheets and documents
- Collaborate with team members in the office to ensure effective coordination of company projects and client meetings
- Prioritize people and situations in need of attention
- Troubleshoot and anticipate needs
- Work with discretion and tact when exposed to confidential information
- Complete sundry duties and other duties as assigned.

**Talents And Experience Requested and/or Required**
- Previous receptionist experience an asset
- Knowledge of social media
- You have a university or college degree (Not required but an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Financial Services experience and Education (Mutual funds, CFP, CSC, Insurance ) not required but an asset
- Experience with Docusign and Salesforce is not required but an asset.
- You are confident, intelligent, dedicated, and focused on making improvements and reaching out for new solutions
- You thrive on working in a collaborative team environment
- You have an ability to see “the big picture” while staying aligned with company vision
- You are personable, energetic, and fun to work with
- You are adaptable, with a sense of humour
- You are proactive - you take the initiative to ask, learn, and make things happen
- You are able to handle multiple requests, prioritize, and respond quickly and efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
