Business Development Manager

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop new business strategies
- Utilize CRM tools to track progress and report on key metrics
- Lead projects from inception to completion, including negotiation of contracts
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
