We’re currently looking for an

**AR SPECIALIST**

Our team of coffee experts is responsible for the distribution and service of a variety of commercial coffee equipment. Our finance team ensures performance and quality across our offerings and operations, allowing us to do our best work and provide maximum service to our clients. Our current finance team has decades of industry specific expertise and is very well positioned to make the best recommendations for our business processes and operations.

As a new employee you will get set up on a comprehensive training plan that covers fundamental skills, tools, and intradepartmental knowledge necessary to be successful and efficient before entering the field

**Responsibilities**
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as, sending monthly statements, copies of invoices, and bill reminders.
- Daily collection calls to customers to ensure payment of outstanding receivables and track the status within our ERP system
- Maintain precise records of all incoming payments and account statuses (recording and posting payments received)
- Actively investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Reconcile any irregularities in receipts.
- Upload invoices to clients’ portals and verify payment status.
- Address all issues related to accounts receivable.
- Ensure clients AP contacts are accurate and up to date in our CRM.
- Work on transferring clients to pay by EFT.
- Produce Weekly AR reports for internal status meetings.
- Generate financial reports upon request
- Contribute to a streamlined internal process within the finance team
- Providing support for Billing Department and Accounts Payable
- Assisting with billing month end close

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years in a related field
- Good knowledge of Great Plains (an asset) or any other similar accounting software
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail
- Professional attitude with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, and proven leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in both English and French
- Ability to perform under pressure and resolve client issues in a timely manner

Schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
