**Duties will include but are not limited to the following**:
- Ensures that office duties and functions are carried out in a confidential, efficient, timely and accurate manner in accordance with Policies and Procedures.
- Greet all visitors that enter the business with unmatched level of customer service.
- Receives and directs all visitors and enquiries, relaying and coordinating staff messages.
- Is aware of, respects and promotes the laws that govern the professions carried out by the business
- Assists the Clinic Manager with tasks.
- Follow procedure guidelines for the required tasks for every shift
- Answers queries from new customers, with excellent telephone and reception skills
- Schedule appointments and maintain updated business schedules
- Administers and accounts for Point of sale and cash register
- Sorts and processes all incoming and outgoing mail and redirects mail as instructed.
- Demonstrates skill, efficiency and diligence in the performance of all assigned duties with a minimum of supervision.
- Provides shift report for internal communication with business management and other administrative staff
- Maintains a good public image and correctly processes all information.
- Maintains a neat and tidy environment of the reception area which includes basic clinic cleaning of entry way, waiting room, and reception area
- Able to identify and communicate problems effectively to management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, web-based scheduling softwares.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

- French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
