**Sales Representative**
At Adapt, we’re passionate about providing a local, sustainable food source, with a goal to decrease distribution times, create local jobs and share the delicious taste of gourmet mushrooms. Adapt has designed container farms that can operate in any location, offering fourteen different types of gourmet mushrooms.
We are searching for a motivated Sales Representative who is excited to represent Adapt and be part of this movement. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new customers, building and maintaining relationships with current customers and will work closely with the Farm Operator. You are the first point of contact for Adapt customers and delight in informing and inspiring them about our products. You have a passion for high-quality food and are an ambassador for Adapt and our mission. Customer service, being well organized and time management are among your strongest skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Find new customers and increase accounts and sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and record orders using our CRM tool.
- Deliver orders to customers.
- Support the Farm Operator with daily tasks.
- Maintain an extremely clean and organized workspace.
- Protect yourself and others by following health and safety guidelines.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- A passion for mushrooms, sustainability, and nutrition.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, dictated by customers and grow cycles.
- Both confident and comfortable working alone as well as part of a team.
- High School Diploma.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
