Our sales team is currently searching for a highly motivated Sales Representative who is driven by results The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of how to close deals, and an unwavering desire to exceed their targets. If you are chosen for this role, you will get the chance to showcase your sales expertise, while also making a significant contribution to the growth and success of our organization

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
  • Utilize various channels, including face-to-face meetings, promotional events, referrals, and online platforms to identify and prospect potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients at all levels
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Open full-time availability is a must, we work 40-45 hours per week
  • Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is an asset
