A Condominium Corporation in East York is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable/Front Desk Administrator.

The Administrator will be responsible for the following:

- To cover the front desk - Meet & greet with residents
- Answering incoming & outgoing telephone calls
- Responding to resident’s complaints & queries
- Process and reconcile payment with debit cards
- Review Credit and Debit Reports to identify discrepancies and errors on unit accounts
- monthly
- Log all the cheques received for payments and file them accordingly
- Updating Pre-authorized payments and generating monthly reports for head office
- Updating and maintaining unit files, accounts and information in the internal software (ASM 400 & ISM) and hard copies
- Processing payments and updating unit accounts for head office
- Registering and creating files for new owners/tenants and closing the sold units
- Generating reports on monthly arrears, parking, locker and appliances
- Issuing arrears letters for non-payment
- Issuing pre-lien and lien and corresponding with the respective lawyers
- Issuing and cancelling parking, lockers and access cards to the owners and processing payments
- Generating monthly reporting for different accounts
- Renting out Party/community rooms to the residents
- Maintaining binders for pet registration and lease for rented units

**and any other duties assigned from time to time by the managers.**

**LIST OF SKILLS/QUALITIFCATION REQUIRED**:

- Must be comfortable in handling payments by cheque and debit card
- Excellent customer service skills
- Tech Savvy (Comfortable using different software)
- Great interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Active listening
- Attention to detail and organized
- Ability to remain calm, friendly and polite
- Ability to work under pressure
- Punctual and professionalism
- Ability to do multitasking
**- Experience in Accounts: 1+ year preferred**
**- Customer service and front desk experience : 2+ years preferred**

**TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE MANAGEMENT**

Please note that this is a full time position and is not suitable for students. Position only for Permanent residents or Canadian citizens.

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
