**Position Overview**:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial stability of our company by managing our accounts receivable efficiently. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks Online, as you'll be responsible for accurately recording transactions, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage accounts receivable functions effectively.
- Process customer payments promptly and accurately.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues.
- Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and facilitate payment resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online in an accounts receivable capacity.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent People Skill
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
