Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Capital, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne

Relevant du directeur ou de la directrice, Opérations d'entreprise, le ou la spécialiste, Opérations d'entreprise doit gérer les relations avec les partenaires et les actifs loués qui arrivent en fin de bail. Cela inclut d'offrir du soutien à nos parties prenantes internes et externes pendant tout le cycle de vie du bail, qu'il s'agisse de répondre aux demandes de renseignements, de traiter les documents de fin de location, de gérer les actifs placés dans l'inventaire ou de traiter les fonds de fermeture des baux. De plus, le ou la titulaire du poste devra surveiller et résoudre les problèmes qui surviennent tout au long et à la fin du contrat.

**Responsabilités**:
º Travailler avec les revendeurs afin de préparer, de passer en revue et de traiter les actifs à placer dans l'inventaire

º Effectuer des rapprochements des comptes clients se rapportant aux actifs inventoriés

º Préparer et réviser les documents de fin de contrat - autorisations de retour, factures, actes de vente, etc.

º Réviser et préparer des remboursements de fin de contrat

º Éliminer les contrats

º Analyser, rechercher et résoudre les problèmes d'entreprise complexes

º Négocier la valeur résiduelle et la juste valeur marchande avec nos partenaires fournisseurs et nos entreprises clientes

º Acquérir des connaissances spécifiques au portefeuille et communiquer avec nos divers partenaires

**Qualifications**:
º Solides aptitudes pour l'analyse et la négociation

º Excellentes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication orale et écrite

º Maîtrise de MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel et Access)

º Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en gestion du temps

º Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe

º Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front, tout en respectant des échéances serrées

º Expérience en financement d'équipement, un atout

º Diplôme universitaire ou expérience de travail équivalente

º Bilinguisme* (français et anglais), un atout
- « Qualifications requises - La maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais est requise car le poste nécessite de fréquentes communications écrites et orales sur des questions complexesavec des parties internes et externes dans ces deux langues. »
