**POSITION**: Customer Service Specialist & Sales Support

**REPORTS TO**: Project Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual who is passionate about pets and excels in a dynamic role with diverse responsibilities. The position requires adaptability and strong customer service skills to support our project coordinator in enhancing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Respond to and engage with customers via our social media platforms.
- Handle customer needs related to our e-commerce platform.
- Support the project coordinator with occasional administrative tasks.
- Regularly update and maintain the website’s store locator.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.**:

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- **Bonus**: Experience with CRM software, content management systems, or design tools such as Photoshop or InDesign.

**Working Environment**:
This position is based at our head office in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The work environment is dynamic and may vary depending on daily or weekly tasks.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
