Currently we stock over 9,000 parts ready to ship the same day as we receive the order. Graco is part of Karcher North America the leading provider of consumer, commercial and industrial cleaning equipment in the United States and Canada. Other Karcher North America brands are Karcher, Windsor, Cuda, Century 400, Prochem, Hotsy, Shark, Water Maze, Spraymart and Landa.**_
We are currently seeking a self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to cover the East Coast and Central United States territory.
- **
**_Specific Responsibilities_**_:
- Provide strategic and tactical direction for assigned internal sales team supporting the region.
- Perform consistent performance appraisals and people development activities to build skills of internal sales team for future advancement
- Leadership and accountability for growth and support of assigned Strategic Account customers
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and overall customer experience.
- Work closely with Marketing/Product Managers to provide accurate market feedback to promote programs that drive profitable revenue growth.
- Report sales results, market trends, and competitor updates on a weekly basis.
- Travel 50%
- Develop annual sales budgets and expenses along with identifying all resources (human, capital, and technical support) required to achieve the annual sales plan.

Experience:_**
- 5-7 years of proven successful Parts and Accessories related sales.- _Strategic Account sales responsibility and demonstrated growth of customer accounts_
- Ability to manage internal sales support team_
- Demonstrated career advancement based upon performance_
**Education:
- 4 year undergraduate degree in business or engineering related fields
- Prefer MBA
