Our President, Angel-Marie Reiner, is staffing a hybrid role; this person will spend half of their time providing administration services working alongside Angel-Marie and the other half supporting our AMAZING property management team

**General Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team as required, which includes marketing and social media content creation.
- Maintain and update corporation/property database
- Creation of communication including formal letters to Owners and community newsletters
- Assembling mailers and packages
- Completing reporting and documents required by governing bodies
- Creation of To-Do lists, actioning tasks and reporting back to our PM Team
- Creation of Work Orders; and reaching out to contractors/vendors to quote
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Team player and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Experience with Canva a plus
- Experience in Property Administration/Management would be an asset
- Strong customer service, proactive and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, time manage and prioritize important tasks
- Required to work at our office but may also include support to visit clients, attend out-of-office meetings etc.
Compensation will be based on related experience or transferable skills experience. This is an awesome opportunity for your to learn from one of the area's best leaders
**Salary**: $19.50-$21.50 per hour
