**CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER**

**1. JOB DESCRIPTION**

Employee will act as Club Manager, reporting directly to the Owner and Chief Instructor and Director of

Operations. The Employee will provide sales support as well as admin duties to help improve customer service, nurture client relationships, and maximize retention.

**2. SALARY, COMMISSION & INCENTIVES**

Employee’s wage will be $20/hr

In addition to the revised job description outlined below
- Compensation includes
- Administration hours worked by Manager are filled based on club operating hours, Monday - Sunday.

Your pay rate is confidential and should be considered a private matter.

This agreement is valid for 3 months, at which time, performance and structure will be reviewed.

**3. JOB DESCRIPTION**

ADMINISTRATION/FRONT LINE
- Manage administration staff and processes.
- Assisting in the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of club operations.
- Handle member complaints and suggestions and communicating them to management team/owner to ensure they are handled appropriately.
- Manage and implement procedures to ensure compliance with club policies and increase member/customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date and detailed knowledge of retail and ensure all admin staff are knowledgeable and comfortable in promoting and selling gear to new and existing members.
- Manage database integrity related to inventory and product sales.
- Conduct inventory audit weekly and address any items missing without explanation and fill all required orders on a monthly basis by submitting a request with quantities and amounts.

- Including but not limited to: promoting club programs/classes, nurturing relationships with members and following-up throughout the year to maximize renewals.
- Follow-up with new members and inactive members to maximize retention.

- Manage database integrity and ensure accurate input of all memberships.
- Conduct database audit quarterly: July 1, October 1, January 1, and April 1.
- Manage delinquent and collection accounts.
- Manage cancellations requests.
- Liaise with contractors regarding club hours, holiday closures, invoices.
- Review contactor invoices for personal training, manage integrity of PT accounting.

GENERAL
- Supporting club operations from point of view as first contact with members and administrators.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of database and reports
- Ensure all classes are covered by contractors.
- Ensure monitoring and tracking of all marketing campaigns and ongoing initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy of all invoices from vendors and contractors.
- Ensure all processes are followed by contractors and staff.
- Communicate all concerns and comments from instructors and clients to management.
- Provide feedback related to advertising and promotional campaigns based on front line experience.
- Ensuring any maintenance issues are immediately conveyed to the Maintenance Team.
- Month end reporting to be completed accurately and on time.
- Month end meetings to be conducted the second Wednesday of each month to review reports, goals, projects, and any matters at hand.
- Coordinate cleaners and other vendors as needed.
